About Our Que
We are all about the meat!  When you taste our BBQ, we want you to taste the flavor of the meat first with a subtle hardwood smoke finish.  We take pride in making our own sauces and rubs, all of which are made specifically to compliment each type of meat.  Whether we are cooking in a competition or catering, our mission is to serve consistent competition quality BBQ.
Kevin Byrd, Pit Crew Chief, is in charge of all technical happenings and maintenance on the grills. He makes sure we have everything we need to compete.
Laura Byrd, Pitmaster, is in charge of developing our flavor profiles and making sure everything is smoked to perfection. With a knack for flavors, she makes all the rubs and sauces for everything we cook.
Philip Morford, Pit Crew, is our extra pair of hands during competitions. He helps with anything and everything that needs to be done.
